Program: Design a new 22 unit
condominium development on an infill site. The site
was the former home of the
Wise Potato Chip warehouse in historic Fells Point.
Design:
In an effort to optimally utilize the depth of the
site, the project is designed as
two buildings with connecting bridges surrounding a
central courtyard. Units
feature exterior balconies or roof decks which provide views
to the city and harbor.
Responsibilities:
ArchPlan provided schematic design services, design
development drawings and construction
documents for the project.
