"Walkable village" consisting of 7 new
townhomes, 11 renovated townhomes, and a 4-unit renovated condominium
building with carriage house. Pedestrians and
living space are given priority over vehicular traffic on the two minor
streets. The new townhomes are centemporary inside and out, and
the townhomes and condominiums are completely renovated for modern
living.

ArchPlan's design for five new townhomes in an
established neighborhood creates new opportunities for homeownership.
Each four-story townhouse contains two three-bedroom units: one owner
unit and one rental unit. Traditional materials and proportions
help to incorporate this project with its surroundings, while various
details lend the houses an updated aesthetic.
