ArchPlan has a range of experience with commercial and institutional architecture and mixed use development. Retail projects range from strip commercial to rehabilitation of tenant space, storefront re-design and the conversion of class B offices and industrial buildings to apartments. Office projects range from a new headquarter for a steel construction company and the rehabilitation of a mixed use retail/office building in downtown Baltimore to offices as part of mixed use developments. Institutional uses include smaller community centers, a day care center, a youth center and a museum. Additionally ArchPlanhas designed a number of smaller restaurants, bars and lounges, usually as conversions or rehabs in existing buildings.
